Two humans made such a difference to the once populated areas of The Howling Domain. Two humans rode in on horses one smoggy afternoon with the winds blowing, they had come to explore, to see if the legends had been true, to see if this place really was populated by as many wolves as so many have said. They were not afraid, like they should have been. They settled into a campsite they made, their fire burning up the tree limbs they threw along with any brush that helped the fire grow. The fire scorched up into the sky, the wolves in that area abruptly looked to these creatures, cautiously and didn’t know what they were capable of. One small puppy, heir to the alpha moved away during the night from the pack towards the humans. The humans graciously opened their arms to the pup and fed him food resulting in the son of the alpha not wanting leave them. The mother, queen of The Howling Domain walked through the area, her voice calling for her pup. The two humans looked to her callings but paid not mind to her continuing to study the pup, his reactions and what he did. The mother entered the campsite, her eyes filled with blood as she entered and killed both of the humans and leaving their fire unattended. Soon enough the fire went out of control, spreading across the lands and killing many wolves and creatures that lived in that area. Even the queen and her son died in attempting to escape the fire’s clutches. Eventually the fire was tame and subsided, but it left corpses along the territory that eventually dissolved in the dirt never to be seen again. It is heard at times the calling of the mother wolf can be heard, she looks to be reunited with her pack, her small pup that she sacrificed her life for, by her side. The lands slowly started to recover and blossom, not many wolves decide to come back to these lands out of fear for the tales, out of fear the humans will come back again and that a repeat of the fire will happen. Resulting in this fact is many species of prey come here to seek refuge which is slowly starting to bring back the wolf numbers….this is The Howling Domain.

Description: Goshinki has silver fur. A grey smudge goes down from his chest to his stomach. More grey smudges on his left ear and on his left cheek. On his forehead is another grey smudge that looks like a slight crescent moon. He has slightly bigger ears then a normal wolf and he has black-green eyes. He tail is slightly bushier then normal. He isn’t that much of a muscular wolf. More fit for agile moves and fast speed.
Personality: Goshinki is a laid back wolf. He is very much the ladies man. His characteristics are usually calm and peaceful. He not normally gets into fights. Goshinki loves giving out nicknames to females that he is close to. And even if he is said to call them by there normal names he barely pays attention. He is kind, but more so to faes then brutes. Goshinki knows another language from his earlier age. (hahah) He is not easily forged into a bad mood but when he does its best to watch out.
History: Goshinki was born and mostly raised in Japan. Where he was captured and taken from his homeland. Onto a boat. He was taken to…(umm wherever Howling Domain is) and was let go in the new land that he was forced to call home. Soon he was met into a pack of darks. Rather being a talker more then a fighter he had become a ward of the leader of the pack. He was not much of a liar so whenever he spoke they always known it to be true and have believed him. He had secretly begun to change the wolves from dark to neutral. And had easily become friends with the females of the group. His charming demeanor kept him out of trouble until the leader of the pack realized what he was doing. He took him out into the forest and acted as if he only wanted to talk, until they were completely alone he attacked Goshinki. Speaking of his heritage and the how wolves from the place were worthless fools. Goshinki had barely made it out alive as he led the leading brute to a raging river where he found a way to shove him into the streams. Goshinki decided not to tell anyone and he went on his way. Never knowing that all the friends he had made through the darks had been killed with there betrayal of alignment.

Reia's gaze stayed fixed upon Blake as he spoke, ears tilted up to listen to his words, smiling warmly as he nipped at her for nudging him. Grinning, she swatted a paw at him gently for a second time, then let it rest and simply remained settled. "It is."she agreed easily to his words about the place's beauty. It really, truly was, and she was honored to be able to see it, to even know it was there. And though she knew that they should probably return to Karin soon, she couldn't really muster the will to say anything about it yet. As intent upon him as she was, she noticed when his head moved toward hers and then jerked back suddenly. With only the smallest of exasperated huffs, she reached out and gently licked his cheek. The gesture was timid but warm and affectionate, quickly gone as her gaze fixed carefully on him, awaiting his reaction with carefully blank features.

Karin laid down in a more comfortable postion. She really loved this hill. It was rather high and she could see rather far below herself. She let out a wide yawn and curled up. Making sure she could watch the other two who decided to waste some energy. Karin never had a lot of energy to begin with. She watched as they ran, she watched as the slowed and just watched the birds. She even watched as Blake stopped himself from making a move on Reia. Karin let a knowing smile grow across her maw. She looked up at the birds and bathed in the sights and beauty around her.
This was great. Almsot silence...if you don't vount the squawking of birds. A perfect place to keep your eyes off the others around you. Karin laid her head on her paws and her light brown orbs continued to watch the sky, but further more, do nothing. She let a content sigh escape her maw as bird after bird swooped after each other in a small game of tag.

Blake laid comfortably in the grass, a few birds flew by him occasionally but none of them gave him more than a look of interest or one of irritation for coming onto their lands. But he didn’t mind, he was having the time of his life and he didn’t have a problem with such looks. He shook his head firmly as his breathing was slowly becoming regular once again, he could take in a breath without feeling like his lungs were going to collapse at any moment which was a good thing. A soft summer breeze pulled against the grasses and at his fur as he lay down on his back and looked up at the sky. His tail moved gently underneath of him in pleasure of all the creature around him and the beauty that took such a hold on him. He shifted his head quickly to see Reia quickly approaching. His tongue was sucked back into his mouth and he moved to his stomach and he lifted to his haunches as she continued to approach. He tilted his head as she spoke; asking if he was having fun. “Of course,” he said smirking and playfully attempting to nip her for swatting at him. “Such a beautiful place,” he said after a few more moments, looking out and knowing that was so much in the world that was still yet to be seen, so much beauty that was hidden behind the trees and the brush. He turned his head once again to Reia and noticed how close she was. His head slowly began to move towards hers he was thinking that he was going to press his muzzle against hers, give her a small lick, but instinctively he pulled his head backwards and his gaze traveled back to the birds. “It…really is,” he said exhaling softly.

Reia pouted slightly at the idea that Karin didn't want to join them, but the instinct and want to run with Blake, and to run among the birds was strong and insistent. But she also didn't want to leave her friend behind. After a breif tug-o-war of her thoughts, paws carried the small female after Blake into the midst of the birds. The beating of wings was rhythmic and entrancing, capturing the female's attention even as she sought to catch up to the ebony male among the birds.
She ran and ran as quickly as her legs would carry her, wobbling slightly as she tried to gain speed and move through the throng of moving beings. At last, she saw Blake tumble to the grass panting, and her pace slowed gradually as she came up to his side. Tired from trying to keep up, she dropped down next to him and nudged his paw with her nose. "Have fun?"she asked him breathlessly. ((Yuck post.))

Karin stayed quiet as he spoke. Deciding to just listen and not answer. It was rather curious as to him. He actually wanting to here her childish voice that dared not mature at all through the days. And she found her voice too childish for her liking. 'I guess that's another reason I don't talk that much' she figured. She jumped as Blake came behind her and she zipped around. She quickly relaxed and let out a breath she had not noticed holding in.
It was Reia. Oh, god she scared her. But now it was okay. She watched them in silence. Giving Reia a warm and welcome smile. Then they began to speak of joining the birds. That made Karin jump again. "Wha?!" she asked in disbeleif. She stood and looked at both of them, as if not sure she heard right. She slowly calmed down and shook her head. "I hate running. It wastes too much energy when you need it." she responded. Explaining what she knew of. She knew it was fun but she had not have that time for such things deep in the woods all by herself.
Never knowing if something is watching. Waiting to attack. The thought gave Karin shivers and she sat down on her haunches to prove that she was not going out there. She watched as Blake ran out. Sighing and letting out a breath she knew she didn't want to come out as pants. Burning her chest and barely being able to speak. She didn't like running for those reasons.

((Sorry crappy post))
Blake turned his whole body back to face Reia and Karin, the amusement in both of their eyes he could see obviously. He looked at Karin and hoped she would be eager, he hoped both of them wouldn’t look at him like he was crazy. Then he heard Reia’s interested vocals: that would be great. He smiled to joy and looked back to the fluttering birds who were eager for their experience with the wolves. Part of him figured that they were just as eager as he was; the birds were just as eager to get their wings to flutter above them and around them, just as much as Blake and Reia were eager to run alongside them. He looked to Karin who hadn’t said anything about them but he had seen her amazement as she had looked out at them, Blake was almost certain that she would agree to go out there and interact with these birds. Blake took a leap forward a call of warning coming to all the eagles that swarmed around them. A few were on the ground, their bodies just calling to Blake as he sped down the steep hill. Three or four of them were just hunched there, their wings expanded in preparation of Blake to interrupt them. He smiled and barked; his body flew in the air and jumped into the group. He looked up to the sky to see them all fluttering in the air and he chased them.
His head was raised as he looked above him after they flapped and was rising in the air. The leader of the birds called to them, squawking and flapping in the middle, daring Blake to even try to catch up with them. It was like a show down, he stepped in the middle of the field; all the birds seemed to part away so Blake and their leader could have a friendly race of some sort. The bird soared near Blake and wrapped behind him and then let out another squawk and Blake was off. The bird soared over head, the shadow was cast down on him, making the sleek black body of the wolf seem to be flying, the mighty wings moving against the ground. Blake looked up as it seemed that Blake was losing but he kept up. The bird kept going; his wings pounding harder now and soon was ahead of Blake for only a moment. Blake jumped ahead and howled as he jumped ahead once more and won the battle. Blake’s heart was pounding inside of his chest and he fell to the grass, his tongue fell out of his mouth as he was panting so hard, the beginning of the summer heat fell on him and he immediately became dizzy and woozy, everything seemed to be spinning around him.

Reia eyed Blake thoughtfully when he bared his fangs as she approached, an almost amused light flaring breifly behind the pensive, disturbed look in her golden eyes. Though the eagles had breifly distracted her they couldn't totally distract her for long with Blake there. Another quiet smile curved her muzzle in response to his smile, but it didn't last long. She just couldn't seem to be as cheerful as normal, her mind faraway and thoughtful.
Hearing his question, she blinked once and summoned another smile, intrigued with the idea of running with the eagles. Nodding her head slightly, she responded almost enthusiastically. "That would be great."she smiled, "Right Karin?"she added, abruptly removing her gaze from Blake and back to her friend.

Blake smirked at her response, maybe it was better to say nothing rather than put other’s feelings at stake. He looked out over the field, what would it be like if no one said anything unless it was absolutely necessary, what if the world was nothing but silence because everyone was afraid to put feelings on the line? He looked out over the world his ears erect to hear all the sounds, what if they weren’t there, if no one communicated. “Sometimes you have to take the chance of putting other’s feelings on the line Karin,” he said his smile being cast onto her. He looked over the nature around them; you’d have to be crazy not to want to share your opinion with another, how you felt about everything. He turned his head back to her, “You have to want to get your opinion out, don’t worry about hurting me Karin, say whatever you want,” he said nodding silently and then heard a sound behind them both.
He snapped his head backwards and took a step to block Karin from anything that was disrupting them, his fangs were viewable for moments and then his lips closed around them to see it was Reia. Instead his maw curved in a smile to see her standing there, so quiet and innocent in attempt to not interrupt his and Karin’s conversation. She looked a bit upset and his face immediately turned into a concerned look for her. He opened his mouth to ask what the issue was but decided against it. He moved his eyes to Karin and smirked, he now knew how she felt, maybe it was better not to say anything to Reia, her feelings might be broken. He moved his gaze back out to the eagles and then back to Reia to see the amazement in her eyes, he was so glad that she was okay. He called out to the birds with his thoughts, they all seemed to pay attention to him, they all seemed to lower their volume, one of the mighty birds turned it’s head around to Blake and Blake moved his head low to the ground in respect. His eyes returned to the mighty bird and with a simple movement of it’s own nodded in approval. The mighty bird let out a call to all the birds, letting them know that the wolves would be within their territory. Blake trusted these birds, they had accepted them to let them run with them and he trusted the fact they would attack. He looked back to Karin and Reia, “How would you two like to run with them,” he asked raising his eyebrows and looking out over the valley ahead.
